Bush - popularity rising

A recent poll in Time magazine showed Bush's approval rating climbing to 53%, up 4%.

The left and the Democrats often accuse Bush of being a divider but it seems the public think otherwise.

Public perceptions of the president's personal strengths are his biggest asset today.

Nearly two-thirds of those polled described Bush as likable, strong and intelligent. A majority said he is dependable and honest.

You can bet that is a large majority, otherwise AP would have shown you the exact figure.
