Iraq - UN Scandal Documents to Congress

CNS News reports "Congress Gets 'Damaging' Info on Kofi Annan"

Robert Parton, a senior investigator looking into Annan's role the oil-for-food scandal, resigned last month from the U.N.'s internal inquiry headed by Paul Volcker, because he thought Volcker was being too soft on Annan.

But Fox News reported Thursday morning that Parton has just turned over his findings to congressional investigators. Parton reportedly sent boxes of documents to Capitol Hill last night, obeying a subpoena issued by one of the congressional committees investigating the oil-for-food scandal.

I think it has more to do with the evidence Volcker is ignoring. No wonder Kofi's right hand man destroyed 3 years worth of oil for food documents the day after Volcker was appointed.

Maybe it's time to subpoena Volcker.
