The mother-in-law of a marine killed in the Iraq war has been given a judge's permission to summon Tony Blair as a witness in her court case.
Pat Blackburn, from Dorchester, is being prosecuted for refusing to pay £16,000 income tax in protest at the war in which Sergeant Les Hehir died.
A Downing Street spokesman declined to comment.
Since she's only his mother-in-law, you have to wonder how his parents must feel about this.
