Europe - Amnesty International Unmasked

Amnesty International has now dropped all pretenses of being a human rights organization, if in fact it ever was such an organization.

As I reported earlier, we now know the reason for Amnesty's attack last week on President Bush, was Amnesty's backing of John Kerry.

I also noted Amnesty's support of the ACLU and militant Muslims.

Now, The Washington Times reports on Amnesty's attack on the EU's anti-terror laws.

The 25-nation EU's anti-terror policies have led to breaches of human rights, Amnesty International said Tuesday.

Well, al Qaeda's policies have killed thounsands and continue to kill everyday. What about their and our human rights?

"The European Union has always been clear in asserting that there can be no security without human rights. However, in practice, the EU and its Member States are too often prepared to remain silent on breaches of rights protection within or outside the EU," Amnesty International said.

Interesting seeing as how AI called Guantanimo Cuba a gulag while remaining silent Castro's atrocities right next door.
