France - Muslim Terror Attacks planned in Paris

We are constantly being told that the Muslim terror attacks on London on 7/7 and the failed attacks on 7/21, were in response to Britain's policy in Iraq. Since France vehemently opposed the war in Iraq, can those that make that argument please explain why it is then that Muslims want to blow up France?

Or, why Muslim terrorists tried to fly a plane into Parliament on 9/11 2001 - before Afghanistan and Iraq?

Here is my original post about the plot with links to the sources. Remember it next time an anti-war type uses the Iraq is the reason for attacks on Britain. The Iraq war, or the Afghanistan war, had not even started on 9/11 2001.

France is more proof that the Iraq excuse is a red herring. France aided Iraq and vetoed any resolution for war and yet they are still being targeted. Now that the UN oil for food scandal is out, we know why.
