Pakistan - Earthquake: Who's To Blame

Muslims claimed the tsunami was God's punishment to the victims for their evil ways and that Katrina was God's punishment to the great Satan, America. Will they now claim Pakistan's earthquake is God's punishment to Pakistan? If so, for what? What would God be punishing children for?

Officials said that 11,000 died in the city of Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan-administered Kashmir.

Many of the victims were schoolchildren, who had just begun classes when school buildings collapsed on top of them.

Or do they believe God killed the children to punish the parents? If they believe either one, then they must believe in a truly cruel God.
