Argentina - Buenos Aires Islamic bomber 'identified'

The BBC reports.

A member of the Islamic militant group Hezbollah was the suicide bomber who blew up a Jewish community centre in Argentina in 1994, say prosecutors.

Ibrahim Hussein Berro, 21, of Lebanon, was identified in a joint effort by Argentine intelligence and the FBI, said prosecutor Alberto Nisman.

Islamic militants, backed by Iran, have long been suspected of carrying out the attack that killed 85 people.

Note the date? That's six years before Bush became President.

Which proves this is just part of a long war that's been going on for a long time. And it will still be going on long after Bush is out of office.

And both show why this was a dumb move by Britain.

He said he hoped MPs "do not rue the day" they rejected his call to allow police to detain terror suspects for up to 90 days without charging them.

But they will.
