German Citizenship Exam Question for Muslims ONLY: "Is it Right for Men to Beat Their Wives When They Are Disobedient?"
Now, Germany has just implemented a rigorous cultural test for Muslims ONLY - when they apply for German citizenship...
"Believed to be the first test of its kind in Europe, the southern state of Baden-Württemberg has created the two-hour oral exam to test the loyalty of Muslims towards Germany." "It is to be taken on top of the standard test for foreigners wishing to become German citizens, which includes language proficiency skills and general knowledge." News Telegraph article here.
Naturally, the media fireworks in Germany have just begun.
The issue of Islamic Sharia law sanctioned wife-beating first came our attention during the 2005 debate over whether Ontario's Liberal Government would officially implement Sharia law. Lost Budgie covered the topic in "Sharia Law - Wife Hitting as Discipline OK."
The only problem with such tests is that, according to Islam, it's ok to lie to us infidels.
