UK - BBC: The Queen "a bit mean"?

That's what John Humphrys, the BBC's feared political interviewer, says.

Humphrys said afterwards: "I suggested it was a bit mean not to invite"...him "...because he's 80 as well".

So who was Humphyrs upset about not being invited to the Queen's birthday?
