Bush declassifed portions of intelligence reports to rebut Wilson's lies. Since they were declassified, they were "released" and could not have been "leaked". That's an important difference.
The 9/11 Commission and the UK's Butler report, both found that the intelligence was not faulty and it was Wilson who lied.
No one has been charged with outing Plame. After a two year investigation the best Fitz could come up with is a lame obstruction charge against Libby.
The Washington Post, no friend of Bush, reports the same thing.
