There is now video proof that events at Qana were staged. There is also photo evidence that the same man is responsible for staging other photo events. Further, CNN reports that Hezbollah are staging events.
So, who is the man seen stage managing these events?
Richard has him as Salam Daher. While Volokh has two different names for him, Abu Shadi Jradi and Abdel Qader.
