Lebanon - Still more fake Reuters photos?

I'm not so sure about this one, so I'm putting it out there in case someone with more photo skills than me can figure it out.

Since it concerns Reuters and one of the photographers in question, we should be skeptical.

Drinking From Home has two photos that appear to be the same woman at different locations and dates. Here is the second picture.



Notice her hand and thumb on her left hand appear to have sustained some kind of injury.

In this second photograph from Reuters you can't see this woman's left hand quite as well but have a look.



Maybe someone with photo editing skills can enhance both to compare them.

Also, there seem to be similar scars on her cheek.

Another thing that caught my eye was the properties of the Reuters photo I linked to. When you right click the photo you get this:

Does "genImage" mean general image? And does that mean Reuters is using "general images" to fit their stories?
