UK - Iraq war not linked to terror plot

That's what Bill Clinton says. And the Guardian reports it. Strange days.

But the Guardian isn't going to let this pass without comment.

The prime minister argues, like Mr Clinton, that al-Qaida attacks including 9/11 predated the US-led invasions of both Afghanistan and Iraq.

Well, gee, let's see, there were the two embassy bombings, the first attack on the WTC back in 1993, the attack on the USS Cole....oh, and don't forget the failed attempt to fly a plane into Parliament on 9/11 - all predate both those wars.
