Do you have an old cell phone you are not using?
Don't throw it out.
The device can be turned into a soldier's lifeline to call home, thanks to a program called Cell Phones For Soldiers.
The nonprofit group collects used cell phones and sells them to recyclers who, in turn, pay for calling cards for soldiers in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait and elsewhere around the world.
