Fox News' Glenn Beck strikes ratings gold
Why?
Because people like to hear about things they've never heard before, especially if it's scandalous. The more people learn about the Van Joneses and ACORN type scandals from Fox News and don't hear it from the left wing media, the more curious they are about Fox. And the more they watch the more they like what they see.
It's also a fact that Fox is more representative of the country.
This also helps explain why the left wing media is failing so miserably.
All of which is a good thing, a very good thing.

Guardian attacks Fox News
Like a little boy whose had is rattle taken away, Peter Preston attacks Fox News. Lefties sure don't like it now that they're not the only ones with a voice.
Preston uses Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals to attack Fox News. Preston's attack is classic rule 5 and 12.
Preston's picked his target, Fox News, froze it, personalized it, polarized it and then ridiculed it. No facts are needed. Textbook left wing drivel.
Preston notes this about Fox News:
"The most remarkable broadcasting phenomenon today, or for the last 10 years, is Fox News,..." and "Check the latest ratings and you will find Fox News not just back at number one, but walloping its rivals more conclusively than ever. Its American audience now beats the other two combined."
Preston's conclusion as to why Fox News is so popular? "Here's the secret ingredient. It is known as rage."
That's it. No, seriously, that's it, that's Preston's conclusion. Ten years is a long time to be mad Preston old boy.
The Guardian is the same paper that gave us The Aslam Affair.

This is revealing. Milbank is a reporter with the Washington Post and is supposed to be neutral.
"So the angry left should thank me: I'm taking one for the team."
So Milbank admits he's on the left's "team".

US - Fox most trusted news organization
I'll get to that part in a minute as there are some other revealing facts in this study.
Let's start with this.
And in which direction do they attempt to influence public policies.
So, how does the American public feel about the media's attempt to push their liberal agenda on them?
And how does the American public view Fox News?
Between all of those liberal news organization and Fox News, which is percieved to be conservative, who does the American public trust?
Americans should consider themselves lucky, here in Britain we have to pay for the BBC's left wing agenda.
Let's start with this.
"And, 86.0% agreed (strongly or somewhat) that the news media attempts to influence public policies -- up from 76.7% in 2003."
And in which direction do they attempt to influence public policies.
"By four-to-one margins, Americans surveyed see The New York Times (41.9% to 11.8%) and National Public Radio (40.3% to 11.2%) as mostly or somewhat liberal over mostly or somewhat conservative.
By a three-to-one margin, Americans see news media journalists and broadcasters (45.4% to 15.7%) as mostly or somewhat liberal over mostly or somewhat conservative."
So, how does the American public feel about the media's attempt to push their liberal agenda on them?
"In the current national poll, just 19.6% of those surveyed could say they believe all or most news media reporting."
And how does the American public view Fox News?
"Just Fox News was seen as mostly and somewhat conservative (48.7%) over mostly or somewhat liberal (22.3%)."
Between all of those liberal news organization and Fox News, which is percieved to be conservative, who does the American public trust?
"The most trusted national TV news organizations, for accurate reporting, in declining order included: Fox News (27.0%), CNN (14.6%), and NBC News (10.90%)."
Americans should consider themselves lucky, here in Britain we have to pay for the BBC's left wing agenda.
