The rebels are said to have set up roadblocks near Karabila, about 300km west of Baghdad.
Now that Iraq has an elected government, the Sunnis have joined the political process as well as the Military and police forces, thereby ending any chance of a civil war, the locals are turning on the terrorists, thereby ending any chance of a grass roots "rebellion", and since the BBC itself reports that Iraq is a magnet for terrorists from all over the world, isn't it time the BBC started calling them terrorists instead of "rebels"?
