Putting a Western Face on al Jazeera

You've got to hand it to terrorists, they've learned how to be media savvy.

The latest westerner to join al Qaeda's mouthpiece, al Jazeera is former Nightline reporter Dave Marash.

He follows on the heels of veteran British broadcaster, David Frost.

It's not just a one way street either, with al Jazeera simply hiring well known western reporters to put a western face on their reports. The BBC has hired the former head of al Jazeera to train BBC reporters on how to report their point of view.

The Arabic satellite TV channel al-Jazeera says its editor-in-chief has submitted his resignation.

According to an al-Jazeera spokesman, Ibrahim Helal said he had had "a tempting offer" from the BBC.

The charity BBC World Service Trust confirmed that Mr Helal was joining to work on a variety of media training projects over the next two years.

Which just adds to My Case Against the BBC.

And helps explain why the media fake stories.

Now you know why it's called the lying liberal terrorist loving media.
