Khan, the ringleader of the suicide gang, and Tanweer, are thought to have linked up with other extremists in Pakistan, but the question of whether the London attacks were carried out on the orders of al-Qaeda is not thought to be answered by either report.
Depends on what you call "orders". Some would argue that these Muslim terrorists were answering bin Landen's call to jihad. And they weren't a "suicide gang", they were a Muslim terrorist cell.
The Telegraph is getting as bad as the BBC's John Simpson who called the 7/7 Muslim terrorists "misguided criminals" and al Qaeda the "resistance".
Denial will get us all killed.
