Afghanistan - BBC still shilling for Taleban

You may recall on Monday the BBC claimed the Taleban would "fare better" than our troops in Afghanistan. Today, The BBC are at it again. Here's what the BBC report:

Seven attackers were killed and two injured in the initial fighting, with another 12 killed when coalition forces bombed a Taleban vehicle trying to leave the area, the officials said. [...]

Coalition losses have been mounting, despite regular strikes against suspected militants.

Despite? The Taleban are reacting to our forces in Operation Moutain Thrust whose mission is to oust them from their former strong holds.

Note the BBC grim pronouncement that our loses have been mounting. Strangely, the BBC fail to tell us what our casualties were in this engagement. I wonder why? For that we have to, as usual, look elsewhere.

"In the fighting seven Taliban were killed and two police were wounded yesterday," Khan said. "After the Taliban retreated, coalition forces bombed an escaping vehicle carrying 12 Taliban who were all killed."

Now you see why the BBC left that important information out.

In the last six weeks 6 British troops have been killed while over 700 Taleban have been killed.
