UK - Heed 7 July lessons - Muslim MP

The main lessons seems to be it's our fault.

Ministers are facing criticism over the response to the 7 July bombings from one of their most prominent Muslim MPs.

In the week of the first anniversary of the attacks, Sadiq Khan says he is disappointed with efforts to engage with the Muslim community.

Well, I for one am dissapointed in their failure to integrate into our society, failure to weed out extremist imams and do more to counter the terrorism being formented in their communities.

In a sign of how clueless the British govenment is about the problem, they organized an Imam roadshow, as the BBC reports, that included radical speakers. See here and here.

In an effort to mask British Muslims involvement in the 7/7 terror attacks on London, and Islam Expo has been organized for this years 7/7 weekend. The event will be a who's who of extremists, Islamists apologizers, communists and anti-war speakers. At the same time, a seminar is being hosted my Muslim terrorists. See here.

As for the victims of the 7/7 Muslim terror attack, they're getting two minutes of silence.

This 7/7 will truly be a sad day for Britain. It will be a day the world will watch as British politicians grovel at the feet of Muslim terrorists, allow Muslim terrorists to host a terror seminar and pay scant attention the victims of the 7/7 Muslim terror attack. Nothing will be said of the failed 21/7 Muslim terror attack that could have killed many more. Nor will these same British politicians remember that they too were the direct target of a failed Muslim terror attack on 9/11.

Britain should be outraged. Londonistan should be ashamed.

UPDATE

And for those living in denial, The Telegraph reports on the acceleration of Muslim terror plots here in the UK.

Anti-terrorist police are tackling an "accelerating" number of plots by violent Muslim Jihadi extremists, according to Britain's most senior counter-terrorism officer.

Scotland Yard anti-terrorism branch is involved in an "unprecedented" 70 investigations, Peter Clarke the head of the Metropolitan Police Anti-Terrorist Branch and national co-ordinator for anti-terrorist investigations, warned yesterday. More than 60 people are facing trial on terrorist allegations. Two-thirds of those have been charged since last July.

In one of the most sombre and detailed statements yet on the threat to Britain from Islamic extremist terrorists, Mr Clarke, who is heading the inquiry into last year's July 7 bombings said the intelligence picture includes some "sinister" threats. "There are some 60 individuals awaiting trial in the UK for terrorist-related offences. This is unprecedented and the flow of new cases shows no sign of abating - if anything it is accelerating," he said.

"Some of the cases relate to individuals; some to networks. Even more alarming than the gravity of the allegations are two other factors: that the majority relate to the activities of British citizens against their fellow countrymen; and the extreme youth of some of those charged."

And just yesterday the Independent reported "Up to 8,000 suspected al-Qa'ida sympathisers are being investigated by MI5 and the police in an operation to identify future terrorists..."

Living in denial will neither help you or keep you safe.
