Here's another BBC love note to Castro.
As you read this BBC report, bear in mind that Cuba is a communist dictatorship which allows no dissent. A country that crushes any dissent, imprisons and tortures those who dare speak out against Castro.
After 47 years in power many assume that President Castro will live, if not for ever, then at least for the foreseeable future.
"He has to recover", said David Santos, 54, who was wearing a revolutionary T-shirt and was on his way to see his grandchildren. "He is our leader, the maximum, the best."
Dissent
Just a few Cubans are not hoping for a swift recovery.
The few who dared speak such thoughts you mean.
The BBC reporter doesn't even try and conceal his love of Castro.
But owing to the severity of his health problems, all the power that one of the world's most charismatic leaders once held, is now in his hands of his brother.

This last line by Gibbs is priceless!
For most Cubans, there really is only one President Castro.
Not for "most Cubans" Gibbs, for all Cubans. That's the first rule of dictatorships Gibbs - one President.
UPDATE
The BBC is not alone in its love of Castro. Many others in the media also love the communist dictator.
I wonder if it ever dawns on these people, that if Castro is so great, why have hundreds of thousands fled Cuba with just as many wanting to get out?
