Terrorism, which has engulfed the entire world, can be tackled unitedly by civilized countries. Terrorists should be treated as ˜war criminals" and not as ˜freedom fighters". The Islamic countries should flagellate Pakistan, and issue a ˜fatwa" against Osama bin Laden and his Al Qaeda, for promotion of terrorism.
