US - Access to files delays Democrat Jefferson probe

Jefferson likes to point out that he hasn't been indicted for the $90K in marked FBI dollars that were found wrapped in tin foil inside his freezer. What Jefferson, and in most instances the left wing media, fail to point out is the legal and administraion delays in the case. And Jefferson never mentions that the other two principals in the case have already pled guilty and have been convicted.
