US - Durable goods post biggest jump in 6 years

That doesn't stop CNN from trying to downplay the good news.

Orders for durable goods -items meant to last three or more years - leaped a much greater-than-expected 7.8 percent in September on a rush of civilian aircraft orders, a Commerce Department report showed.

This comes on top of continuing records on Wall Street, falling gas prices and falling unemployment. All bad news for Democrats.

And that's a good thing.
