Foreign detainees 'have US right'

The BBC tries to downplay Obama's role in this. Not till the end are we told:

"The ruling is a rebuff to the Obama administration, says the BBC's Adam Brookes in Washington. "

In other words, Obama was in favor of continuing Bush's policy of their detention without access to the US Justice system. Where's the left wing outrage over that?
