Jihadist Wannabes

OK you guys listen up! First you gotta learn how to use them thar weapons. Abu put down the football and you Ali, you can play your game boy later. You can find your new comic book, uh, erm, training manual here:

GLOBAL JIHAD
Al-Qaida offers do-it-yourself terror training
Webzine says 'you too' can complete program in your own home from World Net Daily

"Because many of Islam's young people do not yet know how to bear arms, not to mention use them, and because the agents of the Cross [Western nations] are hobbling the Muslims and preventing them from planning [jihad] for the sake of Allah – your brothers the Mujahideen in the Arabian Peninsula have decided to publish this booklet to serve the Mujahid brother in his place of isolation, and he will do the exercises and act according to the military knowledge included within it. …"

Now you are probably wondering what to do with all this new found knowledge. Abu, damn it, put the football down and pay attention.

Your targets are outlined here Al Qaeda Economic Targets Outlined in Depth

Excerpt

The posting begins by outlining the four axes in the war against the United States: Economic, Military, Media, and Political. It cites the economic axis as the most important of the four.

It specifies several different sectors of the American economy as most vulnerable: airplane manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, and energy. The posting explicitly states that by focusing on these sectors of the economy, Al Qaeda can inflict serious damage to the US economy by weakening the dollar, causing flight of investments, and raising unemployment.

It justifies these sectors as targets because of their support for the American political system, specifically what they call the "black house". It also points out that these huge companies are the backbone of the American economy and that a serious blow to them would take considerable time and effort to repair.

The posting also points out that should any one of these manufacturing giants fail that the impact on the stock market would be significant in terms of undermining investor confidence, increasing unemployment, and removing tens of thousands of jobs from the US economy.

Any questions? Yes, Ali? NO! I do not know how to get to level 8 on Donkey Kong. Jeez, give me strength.

Anybody out there still think we are not at war with these guys?
