CAIR and the Raided Saudi School in Virginia

Daniel Pipes has more on how a CAIR attorney happened to be present when an Islamic school was raided in Virginia.

And an interesting update to the story.

Maali's former lead attorney, Mark NeJame appeared as a witness in Orlando's federal court and

testified that a TV reporter tipped him off to a federal probe of Maali a month before the arrest. Answering questions from Assistant U.S. Attorney Cynthia Hawkins, NeJame identified Tony Pipitone, a reporter at WKMG-Channel 6, as the source of his information. Pipitone, who has covered the Maali story since it broke, attended Tuesday's hearing but did not report on it. He later said NeJame "told the truth, under oath."

Well then, doesn't that beg the question, how did the TV reporter know about the federal probe a month before the arrest?
