Britain - Taking A Stance Against Terrorrists

A couple of days ago I posted about some possible good that might be wrought from the London terrorists bombings. I was referring to some in the BBC who are fed up with the organizations reporting, or lack there of, on terrorists.

Now from Tim Blair comes more news of people finally taking a stand.

The Dallas Morning News takes a stand:

No longer will we refer to suicide bombers or anyone else in Iraq who targets and kills children and other innocent civilians as “insurgents” ...

No more. To call them “insurgents” insults every legitimate insurgency in modern history. They are terrorists.

And

Canadians are shocked:

If Canadians were shocked that the head of their military called his enemy “detestable murderers and scumbags,” they better get used to it. Gen. Rick Hillier has never minced words, nor is he likely to start any time soon ...

He also notes this from "fiddling-demon opponent Charlie Daniels"

My heart goes out to the people of England who suffered at the hands of terrorist bombs recently and yet their own national broadcasting system refuses to even call the scumbags terrorists as if semantics could just make the whole thing go away.

Now how can you have any respect for an organization which has had its cojones removed by political correctness.

If Charlie only knew how evil the BBC really is he'd rosen up his bow.

My question is, why did it take a terrorist attack in London to get the Dalas Morning News to take a stand? You'd have thought 9/11 would have done that.
