Katrina - More Buses Found

Not only did New Orleans Mayor, Rag Nagin, fail to use the city's school buses to evacuate the poor and those without transport, he also failed to use the city's own transport buses as well!

Here are the school buses:

And here are the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA) buses:

Note that both of these bus depots are within two miles of the Superdome.

Why didn't the mayor use these to evacuate his citizens?
