Islam - Religion of violence?

Muslims say no and will kill you if you say otherwise. Says it all doesn't it?

Middle Eastern leaders and analysts have warned of a potentially violent backlash in the region to the Pope's remarks implicitly linking Islam to violence.

But according to the left, you've nothing to fear as Islam means "peace". Actually it means "submission" and things like this prove it.
