US - 3 men Indicted for spying for Yemen

The AP is a little short on information on who the 3 men are, but here's a clue.

Amen Ahmed Ali, 56, received what he believed to be secret defense documents from the agent and sent them to Yemen by fax or courier on several occasions since last year, federal prosecutors said.

A Muslim connection, eh?

UPDATE

More info here.

A second Bakersfield man, Mohamed Al-Rahimi, 62, of Bakersfield, remains at large. Al-Rahimi is accused of conspiring with Ali. Ali allegedly received what he believed to be stolen US military equipment and then tried to ship it to Yemen. Al-Rahimi is accused of traveling to Yemen to broker the sale of the equipment.

A third man, Ibrahim A. Omer, 40, who lives in Fort Worth, Texas, was taken in custody in Bossier City, La. and will appear in court tomorrow in Shreveport, La. He is accused of conspiring with Ali to ship military equipment, including body armor and chemical protective suits, to Yemen

Now, why would they need chemical protective suits?
