Austria - Catholic town struggles to integrate Muslim Turks

Shouldn't this headline read "Muslims reject integration into Catholic town"?

While Turks and local Austrians walk the same streets and send their children to the same schools and kindergartens, they lead largely separate lives.

And why is that?

A key problem is the language barrier: Many of Telfs' Turks, especially women who stay at home with their children, don't master German, making it difficult for them to branch out and interact with people outside their safety zone.

For those that would ask "why should they have to learn German", the answer is, they choose to move to Austria.
