UK - Sleepwalking to disaster

This post is in regards to this BBC "Have Your Say" most recommened page. As it's the BBC's readers who are responding, they will have been influenced by the BBC's bias over the years.

Having said all that, for whatever reasons, there are people in Britain who hold some of these views and that is dangerous.

Here's the question being asked by the BBC "How serious is the threat of terrorism?" Here are the two top rated comments so far.

The only organisation I'm scared of is the Government who feel the need to spy on their own citizens and restrict our freedoms in the name of 'counter terrorism'. We are sleepwalking into a facist nation.

Although it is a threat, I feel less threatened by the terrorists than I do by our government who are using this as an excuse to erode civil liberties and who are subversively introducing a police state.

I remember when you used to be able to protest outside parliament, now you are arrested as a terrorist for doing so.

This is just not right.

Almost all the remaining comments are the same. I saw one dissenting view. This is dangerous. Lost in all the debate is the failure to acknowledge that the Muslim attacks on 9/11 came before either Afghanistan or Iraq. Few in Britain are aware of the failed plot to fly planes into Parliament on 9/11. Moreover, there is a failure to acknowledge the numerous Muslim terror attacks before 9/11. The first attack on the World Trade Center was in 1993 - while Clinton was in office.

A daily look at the news shows Muslim terror attacks around the world on both Western and Muslim targets, with Muslims killing far more Muslims than Westeners.

So, what are all these Muslim terror attacks around the world, both on Westerners and Muslims, all about? It's about world wide Islamic domination. You don't need to take my word for it, radical Muslims tell you that everyday and they're killing anyone who stands in their way. And as this BBC poll seems to suggest, Britons for some reason want to think that they're immune. The meme is, get out of the Middle East, distance the UK from America and all will be fine. Really?

France and Germany both oppose the UK and US and distance themselves from America. How's that working out? France is in a civil war with Muslims and over 2,500 police have been attacked by Muslims this year alone. Many areas of France are no go areas for non Muslims. Germany just had a failed, not foiled, Muslim terror attack on their train system that would have killed hundreds. Like Britain, both countries report foiling numerous Muslim terror plots while watching many more would be terrorists. Are, like Britain, France and Germany fabricating the danger as well? Clearly not.

Add to this scene world wide Muslim reactions to, the Muhammad cartoons, the fabricated Newsweek Koran desecration story and the Pope's speech. The Western capitulation to Muslim censorship demands, plays, movies and books, all banned so as not to offend Muslims and out of fear of Muslim violence. Here's a long list of Muslim appeasement in Britain. Muslim appeasement, like all forms of appeasement, only breeds more appeasement.

Then there's so called Muslim "honour murders" and gang rapes of Muslim and non Muslim women.

Around the world Christians and all other religions are persecuted, gays are hanged and women abused by Muslims. Here are a few examples. Clearly Islam is not a religion of peace and tolerance.

But the left wing media don't want you to know that because it would distract you from their anti American agenda.
