UK - Why was this Muslim terrorists allowed free in Britain?

There are some disturbing revelations in this report.

LONDON -- A Muslim convert considered to be the highest ranking al-Qaida operative captured in Britain faces a sentencing hearing Monday for plotting to bomb U.S. targets, such as the New York Stock Exchange and the International Monetary Fund headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Dhiren Barot, 34, pleaded guilty last month to conspiring to commit mass murder in terrorist plots on both sides of the Atlantic.

The first thing that stands out is, here we have a report that, as you will see, documents the fact that al Qaeda has been operating in Britain since at least 2001 - before Afghanistan or Iraq. In fact we have proof that al Qaeda has been operating in Britain probably before 2001. Few people are aware of al Qaeda's attempt to fly a plane into Parliament on 9/11. The plot was timed to conincide with the 9/11 attacks in America and would have required months if not years of planning.

As the BBC reported last year "Dhiren Barot, 32, Qaisar Shaffi, 25, and Nadeem Tarmohammed, 26, all of Willesden, north-west London, were arrested in August 2004. "

But as the earlier report points out,

U.S. officials claim Barot converted to Islam following a visit to Pakistani-controlled Kashmir and has used the names Abu Eisa al-Hindi, Abu Musa al-Hindi and Issa al-Britani.

Al-Britani was named in the report of the U.S. commission into the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, which claimed he had been ordered by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged Sept. 11 planner, to identify bombing targets in New York.

This Muslim terrorists who was identified by the 9/11 commission was in the UK for three years planning attacks on Britain.

In Britain, prosecutor Edmund Lawson told a court hearing last month that Barot had planned to cram three limousines with gas cylinders and explosives and detonate them in underground London parking garages.

He had hoped to conduct simulateous attacks and had rough plans for "radiation or dirty-bomb projects," combining radioactive material with conventional explosives, prosecutors said.

Barot's plan came on the heels of a failed al Qaeda plot to fly a plane into Heathrow in 2003.

al Qaeda finally succeeded on 7/7 2005 when they murdered 52 innocent Britons in London. Thankfully, they failed one week later.

Since then we've foiled an al Qaeda plot to blow up 11 passenger jets.

Bottom line, al Qaeda is here, plotting and planning and it's only a matter of time before they succeed again.
