Neither the Republican gubernatorial candidate nor a cocktail waitress appear in a portion of surveillance video from a parking garage where she says he assaulted her, according to news reports Saturday.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal and KLAS-TV reviewed footage recorded on all 25 cameras from 8 p.m. to midnight on Oct. 13, the night Chrissy Mazzeo claims Congressman Jim Gibbons pushed her against a wall and propositioned her.
