You may recall I earlier reported on the Democrats celebrating their loss in Ohio, yes that's right, celebrating. Celebrating because they lost by less than they thought they would.
One reason the Democratic challenger may have gotten more votes than planned was his misleading ad indicating his strong support for Bush.
Not surprising, trying to garner votes by acting as if you support Bush is an old Democrat trick. Daschle even went so far as to run an ad showing him and Bush in a hug during the last round of elections.

Add to this, their flagship radio station, Air America, is in up to its eyeballs in a scandal which stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from poor children.
