Is it demostrates conclusively that al Qaeda has failed in Iraq. It's been reported that during the last elections, al Qaeda mounted 347 attacks and during yesterday's elections managed only 13.

Whether they vote yes or no doesn't matter. What matters is that they are using the ballot and not the bullet. As some have suggested, this is as monumental as the fall of the Soviet Union or the Berlin wall. How long before the people of Iran move to secure the same freedoms as Afghanistan, Lebanon and Iraq?
