Pay close attention to the wording used here.
The group said Hezbollah deliberately targeted civilians with rockets in the 34-day war - a "serious violation of international humanitarian law".
An earlier Amnesty report accused Israel of committing war crimes by deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure in Lebanon.
Hezbollah targeted civilians while Israel targeted civilian infrastructure.
But according to the Lebanese government:
"The government review shows that Israel has largely avoided some types of targets: major power plants, water treatment facilities, telephone systems, central government buildings and most factories. The bombing has focused on Shiite areas of southern Lebanon and the Beirut suburbs.
The damage was limited to about one square mile and only buildings that housed Hezbollah and their weapons were targeted.
No mention in this BBC report that throughout the fighting, Israel wore uniforms while Hezbollah did not. Nor that Hezbollah used human shields.
The BBC do however use this cloned statement.
About 1,000 Lebanese, mainly civilians, died in the fighting, while 161 Israelis, mainly soldiers, were killed.
Since Hezbollah wore no uniforms, how does the BBC know this? Hezbollah told them.
