Want to cook food that tastes just like KFC or Red Lobster?

I saw a demonstration of these on TV recently and the host couldn't tell the difference from the real thing. They brought in the real thing from KFC and Applebee's and did a blind taste test. No one could tell the difference. Obviously making them at home is a lot cheaper, maybe not as much fun, but cheaper.

These folks did a lot of trial and error to get the best match possible.
