16 illegals sue Arizona rancher - Washington Times

They're here illegally and therefore have one right - deportation.

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.

Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.

His Cross Rail Ranch near Douglas, Ariz., is known by federal and county law enforcement authorities as "the avenue of choice" for immigrants seeking to enter the United States illegally.

This is the illegals have civil rights...Atty General Holder is to blame for asserting that Arizona is violating civil rights for wanting to uphold the law of the land. This just makes me sick

Ah, but the left are claiming it's their "human" rights that are being violated.

As I alwalys say, Mexico is the problem. Fix Mexico and the problem goes away.

My wife and I had some property out in the mountains of San Diego County back in the 1970s.

We came out to spend the weekend and sometime during the 3 weeks we were in town and at work or home, Mexicans broke in, took my wife's almost new Red Wing hiking boots, some silver dollars she had in a little box, some canned food, and miscl. odds and ends. They busted the door and dust, leaves, etc. blew into the trailer and made a mess.

Not far from the trailer was a well-known trail used by illegals--perhaps 400 yards. It was Natl park land and the Rangers couldn't care less.

And this happened 35 years.
