Light posting

Sorry for light posting lately. I'm having a problem with the permalinks and today I seem to have a problem with the archives. I've emailed blogger.com about it, so hopefully I can fix them soon.

In case any of my readers know how to fix them here is what is happening or not as the case may be.

Permalinks - as I understand it the "hash mark" (#) at the end of my posts are the permalink. Example

Each hash mark for each post has a different url and as I understand it that is the url to use in a post when referring to a different post within my site (archives included). Confused?

Next problem is with archives. The archiving process seemed to work ok today with all March posts being archived under the appropiate heading (03/01/04 - 03/31/04). However, all March posts also remained on my main page. Is that the way it is suppose to work? Do I have to manually delete all of last months posts from the main page? That just doen't sound right to me.

Any help appreciated.

Not sure where to post this but I wanted to ask if anyone has heard of National Clicks?

Can someone help me find it?

Overheard some co-workers talking about it all week but didn't have time to ask so I thought I would post it here to see if someone could help me out.
