Man charged with terror offence from BBC

Jacques Karim Abi-Ayad has been charged with collection of information under the Terrorism Act, and will appear before magistrates on Saturday.

I didn't know that was a crime. Now you are probably thinking, the police must have been on the ball with this one. Until you read this.

A 38-year-old man was re-arrested over false documentation and bailed.

He is due to return to a central London police station in July, said Scotland Yard.

What are the odds this guy is ever going to be seen again?
