Teenager Arrested in Anti-Terror Sweep Charged With Explosives Offense from AP

LONDON (AP) - A British 17-year-old who was arrested last week in a roundup of terrorism suspects across southern England has been charged with an explosives offense, police said Tuesday.
London's Metropolitan Police said the teenager, who has not been identified because of his age, was charged with conspiracy to cause explosions with intent to injure or damage property. He was not charged under Britain's anti-terrorism legislation.
