Iraq - Here is the UN webpage stating: "Almost half of Iraqs total population is aged under 18. Even before the conflict began, many children were highly vulnerable to disease and malnutrition. One in four children aged under five is chronically malnourished. One in eight die before their fifth birthday." Which totally contradicts the BBC's quote of the latest UN report claiming the rate is now "double" at 8%. What fuzzy math are they using to state a drop from 25% down to 8% is a doubling?
