Britain 'faces more terror attacks'

The Mail reports.

Sir Ian also acknowledged that one man had entered the country shortly before the attacks but was not put under surveillance, even though he was on a watch list, because he was not considered a high enough priority.

The man reportedly flew out again just before the bombers struck. He is believed to have links to Al Qaeda, according to reports.

If that isn't a high enough priority, what is?

What's the point of a watch list if you're not going to watch him?
