I'm not kidding!! That's what this BBC article says.
Pakistan's Khan had a world wide nuclear arms market and North Korea broke the UN seals and resumed work on their nuclear program. Iran did the same and has told the world and the IAEA to stick it while the man accepting the prize, ElBaradei, confirmed Iran will have nukes "in a couple of months".
Efforts? What efforts? The UN and IAEA are doing more harm than good as I see it.
