Negotiations Begin with Radical Shiite Leader from DEBKAfile

I just heard on my local radio news that there has been a cease fire declared in Faluja and Kut has been re-taken.

I don't know if the cease fire is related to these "talks" or part the humanitarian relief effort by the Iraqis.
