Fake draft documents and media complaints

I recently emailed Viacom (owners of MTV) to complain about fake draft documents on the MTV "Rock the Vote" site. These fake draft documents carried the forged signature of Donald Rumesfeld. Scroll down the post to see the signature.

I am very disappointed that Viacom and MTV are involved in the continuing military draft scare. It is incredible that after the CBS forged documents scandal we now have forged draft documents appearing on Rock the Vote’s website.

Bush has said there will be no draft, period. The military says they don’t need or want the draft back.

The only people talking up the draft are the Democrats. In fact the only bills that were in congress for bringing back the draft were Democrats bills. Bush called their bluff and brought them up for a vote. They were killed by a huge majority. Even Rangel, who sponsored one of the Draft bills, voted against his own bill.

I hope you take some action to stop your involvement with this shameful scam. There are lots of dirty tricks in politics but using our military service members for political purposes, especially during a time of war, is a great disservice to our men and women in harms way.

Now the Rock the Vote site has changed the forged signatures to a Democrat - Charlie Rangel! The original sponsor of the draft bill who voted against his own bill!

Still, it would be better to take down the fake documents. So, complain to Viacom already! Here is their contact list. I emailed them all.
