UK - Brown vows war on terror funding

Nearly 5 years after 9/11 the government decides to do something. Look how long it took them to do something about Hamza.

Chancellor Gordon Brown is to announce the creation of a "modern Bletchley Park" to tackle terrorist funding. [and here's me thinking they'd already done that. Sheesh. ]

Mr Brown wants to set up a team of experts who will try cracking the complex network of money transactions.

In a speech on Monday, he will compare the difficulty of the task to the WWII code breakers at Bletchley decyphering the Nazi Enigma code.

Mr Brown will also announce measures to stop those financing terror from using charities as a cover.

George Galloway isn't going to like that.
