UK - Can you trust the BBC?

Melanie Phillips asks. Well, as they say Melanie, if you have to ask...

"In recent months, concern has steadily mounted that our public service broadcaster is abusing its position by systematically presenting events through a distorting ideological prism.

Over a vast range of issues - big business, Conservatism, family values, America, Europe, Northern Ireland, the Middle East, climate change, abortion, multiculturalism - the BBC fails to be dispassionate, objective or truthful.

Both present and former BBC names have spoken about the Left-wing groupthink that saturates its coverage.

In his recent book Can We Trust The BBC?, its former journalist Robin Aitken provides example after example of its bias to show that we cannot. "

What do you mean "In recent months", Melanie? Hell, the BBC are proud of their left wing propaganda and bragged about it last year at a BBC summit of their elite.

"At the secret meeting in London last month, which was hosted by veteran broadcaster Sue Lawley, BBC executives admitted the corporation is dominated by homosexuals and people from ethnic minorities, deliberately promotes multiculturalism, is anti-American, anti-countryside and more sensitive to the feelings of Muslims than Christians. "

Just last month the BBC's own report found that, yes surprise surprise, the BBC is biased.

"THE BBC is institutionally biased, an official report will conclude this week."

And now the BBC is underinvestigation over its pro EU bias.

"The complaints are based on research by Minotaur Media Monitoring, which found that by the end of last year Eurosceptics accounted for only 22 per cent of Today interviewees."

I've been documenting the BBC's bias for years. As has Biased BBC.

Investigation after investigation continues to find what is staring everyone in the face - the BBC is rotten to the core. And like Nazi's they make us pay for their propaganda or go to jail. But, since the BBC in essence is the "voice of Britain", no one wants to admit it. If Britain cares that "their voice" speaks the truth, it's time to purge the BBC and end the TV tax.

You can order Aitken's book here.
